JARMAYS was founded by Ms. Saathi Yamraj, a British Virgin Islander with the vision of creating a professional strategic consultancy in the BVI that supports local firms to achieve their goals while mitigating risk and being competitive in the global marketplace.

Ms. Saathi Yamraj

Saathi Yamraj is the Founder and Managing Director of JARMAYS.  Saathi has worked in a variety of industries in the United States and BVI including Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Construction and Peer-To-Peer Consulting.  Her professional experiences over the past 20 years have afforded her with a wide range of knowledge and unique perspectives on: Business Management and Administration; Accounting, Auditing and Taxation; Wealth Management; Trusts and Trust Administration; Risk Management and Mitigation; Anti-Money Laundering; Counter-Terrorist Financing; Cyber Security; Compliance; and Regulation.

Saathi holds: a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in New York; a Master of Trust and Wealth Management from Campbell University in North Carolina; a Certificate in Financial Crimes Investigation from Utica College in New York; and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.

 

She is a member of:

Mr. Tremis Skeete

Tremis Skeete is a Senior Product Analyst of JARMAYS. He has been a design leader focusing on web software development, UI/UX design and product discovery. Previously, Tremis led digital design projects at Zel Technologies, a Virginia-based technology services company, and held roles at organizations which include nexTier Innovations, Experis, the Altria Group, New York City Department of Education, and Hampton University.

He is best known for his work with organizations which include ProductTank New York City, Product Coalition, Product Management Insider, Mind the Product, and the New York Product Conference. Tremis holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Computer Science from Hampton University in Virginia. Tremis also earned his Product Management certification from the Product School in New York City.

Mr. Adam Anderson
Consultant

Adam Anderson is a Founder of Hook Security and serves as a Director and Chairman of the Board. This is the 5th cybersecurity company that he has founded. He sold his first company, Palmetto Security Group, in 2018 after running it for 13 years. He specializes in qualifying market opportunities, building initial product offerings for those markets, finding lead clients, and then building a founding team to prove the market. He also raises the first round of funding, when appropriate.

He has 20+ years of experience in Cyber Security. He has written 4 books on cyber security and the behavioral science behind the real risks facing companies and organizations. He is a global keynote and TED speaker on business, cyber security, and entrepreneurship. He is recognized for his thought leadership in this space by being awarded the role of Scholar in Residence at Clemson University’s Center for Corporate Learning, a part of the MBA program at Clemson University.

 

Adam is also the founder of several security-focused groups:

  • Chief Security Executives Board, a peer group for Fortune 500 Security Executives.

  • Psychological Safety – A new pillar for Cyber Security focusing on building resilient minds to resist social engineering.

  • British Virgin Islands Cyber Court Exploratory committee – Partnering with BVI to develop a new global court system for Cyber Crime

Adam’s current role in Hook Security is to guarantee the successful trajectory for growth by creating policies and procedures that are attractive to current and future investors, to hold the CEO accountable, and build out the board of directors.
